SHakutaim'u is an Indigenous business of the Innu nation, originating from the Uashat mak Mani-Utenam community on the North Shore of Quebec. The company provides fly-fishing initiation courses for everyone, along with river guidance, all while raising awareness about the preservation and improvement of the resource. Beyond sharing the passion for fishing, Shakutaim'u introduces Innu culture through a boreal culinary experience sourced from the Innu land.
