Description

The reserve is your gateway to the great outdoors, with activities like mountain biking, canoeing, hiking, and kayaking. This 6,423 km2 area is accessible via Route 138 and has its main entrance in Port-Cartier. Come discover Lac Walker and the footbridge to MacDonald Falls. Overnight visitors have the choice of cabins or campsites, mainly on lakes Walker and Arthur. Sport fishing enthusiasts can come for the day or for a longer stay. You can also fish for salmon in Rivière-aux-Rochers and Rivière MacDonald. In fall, moose and small game hunting is possible.
