The only artist-run center of its kind on the Côte-Nord, Panache art actuel promotes research and creative projects that explore the particularities of its territory. Encouraging experimentation, it offers professional artists a structured program of residencies, exhibitions and mediation, enriching the cultural offering for locals and visitors alike. Firmly focused on exchange and dialogue, the center encourages encounters with a variety of audiences and develops cross-sector collaborations with various organizations.

In addition to its regular activities, Panache art actuel plays a key role in the development of up-and-coming North Shore artists through the Passage émergent program. This project aims to offer sustained support, rigorous supervision and a professional distribution platform to artists at the start of their careers, enabling them to establish themselves firmly in the artistic landscape.
