Northern berries :
A taste of Québec on your plate!

Terroir Boréal evolved from one man’s passion.

Martin Brisson, executive aboriginal (Anishinabeg) chef at La Galouïne Auberge et Restaurant in Tadoussac, is on a culinary mission to share the food products of the North Shore. Our product line continues to expand with steady customer demand to take home our products.

Sample our homemade «Terroir Boréal» products on the premises or take them with you to go. Craft production of wild berries of the Côte-Nord region such as blueberries and lingonberries. Homemade products developed by our chef: smoked salmon, duck, onion confits, spreads, syrups, ketchups, fleur de sel with Northern flavourings, wild mushrooms powder, and spices, not to mention Labrador tea flavoured with berries from the boreal forest.
