APRM is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting the fauna and flora of the Moisie River and its tributaries. APRM operates and manages the first 23 kilometers of the river, located 25 kilometers east of Sept-Îles. Three sectors are available for fishing. Salmon fishing on the Moisie is restricted to motorboats. The ZEC sector of the Moisie RIver includes two sectors not subject to access quotas. The Winthrop-Campbell Sector is subject to access quotas. A membership card is required. Access rights are determined by a draw on the third Saturday of March and by draws 48 hours prior to fishing dates, starting May 30.
