Experience part of nature’s infinite variety along a 10-km network of trails that wind through 8 different ecosystems, including sand dunes and boreal forest, a salt marsh and a beach: wonderful at any time of year. In the fall, guided tours are offered. In July and August, swimmers are sure to enjoy the beach’s rising tide. In the spring and fall, come watch the birds on their annual migration. To date, over 242 species have been observed here. When the new native plant garden is completed in 2015, there will be even more species to admire and photograph. You can tour the salt marsh in a dinghy or learn about Innu culture. Picnic area available.
