Description
This village owes its name to the sandy point that juts out into the Gulf of St. Lawrence. The site was frequented by Gaspé fishermen, who founded a permanent settlement here in 1849. Discover the spectacular scenery and marine environment and mingle with friendly residents. They invite you to celebrate with them during the Festival des Paspayas: named after the Gaspé settlers, this event takes place of July and welcomes visitors from near and far.
