Manowin inc. is a mariculture farm specializing in oyster farming.

In collaboration with Sépaq, Ferme Manowin offers a tourist activity. Visit the farm to learn more about oyster farming, but also about the history of the ancient village of Anse-aux-Fraises, the area in which Ferme Manowin is located. This activity concludes with an oyster tasting and a glass of sparkling wine.
