Wild Heart  (Coeur Sauvage) consists of two nature enthusiasts, Julie and Sylvain, based in the vast boreal forest of Sacré-Coeur, Quebec. They are dedicated to sharing their love for the landscapes, animals, and wild plants through our two activities: boreal immersion and wild plant initiation.

Discover Quebec's wild plants and the boreal forest! In groups of up to 6 people, your guide Julie will teach you to identify flora during an easy-level hike on trails that wind through the mountains and alongside a salmon river. At the end of the workshop, a tasting platter of forest products is served to introduce you to unusual and gourmet boreal flavors.
