Anticosti Island (150 KM per day)

Each day, your guide will take you on different routes. Four major routes over six days, with some taking two days to complete.

Route 1: Baie-Ste-Claire and Boulay Falls - 64 km

Starting from the lodge, snowmobilers will follow the tracks of the first settlers on Anticosti. Via Anse aux Fraises, one of the island's first villages, you'll ride along the sea and through the forest. On the way, you'll visit the legendary Pointe Ouest Lighthouse. You can walk in the footsteps of Menier upon his arrival in Baie Sainte-Claire. You'll see a house from the original village and the lime kiln that helped settlers establish themselves. The day ends with an escape to the foot of Boulay Falls (a charming and intimate waterfall).

Route 2: Pointe Nord - 106 km

Departing from Port-Menier, you'll visit enclosures with flourishing vegetation, ride along Mount Makashtie, and reach Pointe Nord with its old installations. Along the island's northern side, you'll access Anse à Caron and then head to Lake Simone (named after Henri Menier's sister).

Route 3: Vauréal - 227 km

From the village, you'll mount your snowmobiles for a long ride across the island. You'll experience the vastness of the island territory and take a break for a hearty outdoor meal at Vauréal Falls.

Route 4: Jupiter - 128 km

The final route will take you to the majestic Jupiter River with its snowy meanders, passing through Lake Plat and Ruisseau Blanc. The Jupiter River, known for its crystal-clear waters and top-quality salmon, will be presented in a way that few people in the world have ever seen.
